We tried to visit the lighthouse, but it was closed. Built in 1876, it’s one of the oldest in Oslo and was the first Norwegian lighthouse to be electrified. By the way, in Norwegian, a lighthouse is just called a fyr (fire) or fyrtårn (firetower).
