Nice kitty, nice kitty. He’s a Hittite creation (the Hittites lived in what is now Syria and Turkey). The museum has remnants from all the obscure Biblical cultures. That’s why I studied Near Eastern Archaeology (what used to be called Palestinian or Biblical Archaeology) — you get to learn about all the cool ancient cultures — Mesopotamians, Assyrians, Hittites, Egyptians, Greeks, Romans, etc. — because everyone mingled over the land bridges of Palestine and Asia Minor.
