Check out the blizzard I battled on my way to the Holmenkollen Scandic Hotel. The only other year Matthew and I were able to make it to the Ski Jump competition, it was so foggy you couldn’t see a thing. They ended up canceling the event — only the second time in history this had happened — when fierce winds almost blew the third jumper, a competitor from Japan, into the watching crowd.
