We picked up this painting of the Oslo Fjord because it reminded us of our favorite view of the ocean from the end of our street. The painting, and oil on board from 1960, is the work of Harald Risberg, a well-known Norwegian artist who started painting after he fled to Sweden when the Nazi invaded Norway in 1941.
