Here’s an example of how Matthew and I complicate things. When we bough our condo back in 2002, we didn’t just repaint. We ripped out all the old 1980s crap and restored it back to it’s 1893 splendor, including installing historic moldings. Matthew did the carpentry, and I did the sanding, staining, and sealing.
