From the outside, the Temple Square Church resembles a giant hatbox, although some liken it to Noah’s Ark. The 38-foot-tall walls are clad in spruce, as designed by Kimmo Lintula, Niko Sirola and Mikko Summanen of K2S Architects Ltd., who won the International Architecture Awards in 2010 with their concept.
